Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Sales Manager in daily operations and to drive performance in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

The ACM will lead customer service, sales, and marketing efforts, build relationships with customers, manage cash controls, and participate in marketing activities to promote growth. This role may perform Center Sales Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Two years in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
• Strong math, communication, and compliance skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist employees to meet center performance metrics; understand, recommend, and sell financial products.
• Build relationships with customers, in person and by phone; handle customer concerns and transactions.
• Deploy marketing efforts in the community to generate sales and track results.
• Assist the Center Sales Manager with P&L, budgeting, and regulatory compliance; ensure security procedures.
