Purpose Financial/Advance America in South Carolina is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to drive daily center operations, sales, and customer service while complying with state and federal regulations. You will assist the Center Sales Manager in hitting performance metrics, manage cash controls, and participate in marketing and collection efforts.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, budgeting, and people skills, with prior sales or retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and laws governing the industry.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service, Sales, & Marketing: lead staff to meet center metrics, sell financial products, build relationships with customers.
• Operations, Compliance, & Collections: assist in managing the P&L, adhere to policies and regulations, maintain cash controls and records.
• Other duties as assigned and participate in marketing and collections activities.
