Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America is hiring an Assistant Center Manager to help run daily operations, drive sales, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ACM will support the Center Sales Manager, lead staff, and participate in marketing and collections activities to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong customer service, sales ability, and detail orientation. Previous banking, retail, or collections experience is preferred, with availability Monday through Saturday as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience required, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of banking, collections, and compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist staff to meet center performance metrics and sales targets.
• Sell financial products and services; build relationships with customers in person and by phone.
• Support marketing efforts and track outcomes to grow sales and customer base.
• Assist in processing transactions, maintaining accurate customer files, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
