Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America in Boise, ID is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a licensed financial services environment. You will support the Center Sales Manager, manage marketing and collection efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, cash controls, and accurate transaction processing.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, sales or customer service experience, and strong math/communication

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Sales and customer service experience required, or equivalent; 2 years in sales/retail/banking/collections preferred.
Strong math, cash handling, and professional communication; ability to read, write, and understand complex information.

Responsibilities

Lead staff to meet center performance metrics and sell financial products; build relationships with customers in person and by phone.
Assist in marketing efforts and customer transactions; monitor and participate in collections activities as needed.
Support CSM in managing the P&L, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations, and maintaining cash controls and security procedures.
