Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America in Tallahassee is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Sales Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to develop, assist, and participate in marketing and collection efforts.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience required, or equivalent experience. Two years of experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: sales, retail, banking, or collections.
• Strong math skills and professional verbal communication by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead and assist employees in meeting the centre’s performance metrics.
• Understand, recommend, and sell financial products and services to customers.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers, in person and over the phone.
• Deploy marketing efforts in the community to generate sales and customer growth.
• Assist CSM in managing the P&L and ensuring compliance with policies.
