Purpose Financial, Inc. is seeking a Center Sales Manager to oversee a growing center in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, sales performance, and market-driven marketing to promote core and ancillary financial products.

You will coach staff, manage the P&L, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements while building lasting customer relationships. The position requires leadership, coaching, and a track record in sales and operations management,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in sales/retail/banking/collections and managing a team preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L, cost controls, and regulatory requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
• Understand, promote and sell financial products and services.
• Lead marketing efforts: in-store, local events and partner relationships.
• Manage P&L, budgeted Revenue/ Expenses, and CGP; drive center goals.
• Instruct and ensure team training; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and develop center staff.
• Develop leaders, delegate tasks, and motivate the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company creed.
• Address delinquent accounts and supervise collections efforts.
