Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking a Center Sales Manager to lead a busy center in Lubbock, TX. You will drive sales of financial products, build lasting customer relationships, coach a team, and monitor center performance to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and leadership; a high school diploma is required with preferred college exposure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; two years in sales/retail/banking/collections preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Experience building relationships and delivering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in person, on phone, and in market.
• Promote and sell financial products and services to customers.
• Oversee center operations to meet revenue and GP targets.
• Train staff on policies, procedures and products.
• Lead marketing efforts and track program effectiveness.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and center goals.
