Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking a Center Sales Manager in Warren, RI to lead a customer-facing center focused on financial products such as loans, money transfers, and card services. You will build relationships, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong customer service background, sales ability, and leadership skills, with responsibility for client satisfaction, marketing, and operations.

Competenze

• Customer service experience required.
• Two years’ experience in sales/retail/banking/collections and managing, coaching, and developing a team.
• Ability to train staff and enforce procedures.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills, plus professional verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Relationship Building /Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers in person, in the market and over the phone; monitor satisfaction; lead case management for delinquent accounts.
• Product Promoter and Sales Champion: Understand, recommend, and sell financial products; hold staff accountable to goals; train and coach team members; educate customers on offerings; cross-sell core/ancillary products.
• Marketing: Responsible for ongoing marketing strategy and local store marketing efforts; track performance of marketing programs.
• Operations: Manage P&L to meet Revenue, Expenses and CGP; guide center goals; delegate tasks; ensure budgets.
• Training: Instruct and ensure compliance with company policies; ensure staff training.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements; maintain accurate customer files; ensure policy compliance.
• Collections Counselor: Direct collection of past due accounts; manage delinquent customers; set expectations.
• Human Resources: Assist with recruiting, training, and development of center staff.
• Leadership: Develop team skills; delegate responsibilities; motivate and develop staff.
