European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Sales Director in Illinois to lead the center’s performance, develop a winning team, and deliver an elevated guest experience.

As the on-site senior leader, you will drive service and retail sales, coach associates, and own KPIs, while collaborating with local partners to grow the business.

This role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and a strong base salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Full-time, evenings and weekends availability; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive stronger sales performance and elevated guest experience.
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives to grow the business.
• Oversee scheduling, labor targets, and center operations.
