European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Sales Director to lead the center’s growth, drive sales, and elevate guest experiences in a luxury environment. You will coach the team, own KPIs, and execute local marketing while building strong community partnerships.

You’ll manage schedules, payroll, and daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a high-performance culture. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Guest service and sales expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Analyze results and turn insights into action.
• Grass-roots marketing: build local partnerships through events.
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive sales and guest experience.
