Select Physical Therapy in Millbury, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care as an outpatient center manager. You will oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and drive initiatives to maximize function and outcomes.

The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a compensation range of $90k to $115k based on experience and incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well‑being of our patients.

Central MA location. We have a strong relationship with area high school sports medicine programs, physician group and total joint program. We see a diverse patient population including sports med, pre/post op and general ortho.
