Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc dba Kaleidoscope ABA in Mesa, AZ seeks a Program Coordinator to support center operations and delivery of services to children with autism. The role involves day-to-day staff management, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and administrative tasks to keep programs running smoothly.

The position requires strong coordination between HR, operations, and clinical teams, ensuring accurate staffing and aligning cases with insurer hours.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical, behavioral health, PT, OT office operation.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5 to 7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staff and services operations.
• Recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Maintain records related to staffing and service delivery.
• Create and manage a master schedule aligned with insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Assign cases and monitor staff availability.
