Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking an experienced Program Operations Coordinator in Chandler, AZ to support clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, HR and clinical liaison duties.

The role involves managing case assignment, maintaining records, and coordinating across Operations, HR and Clinical departments to ensure efficient delivery of services. Excellent organizational skills and business operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management, preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in staff scheduling, customer relations, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day center operations including staffing, scheduling, customer service, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records for staffing and delivery of services for each case; assist in master schedule creation.
• Coordinate HR, Operations and Clinical duties; act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
• Assign cases and manage staff availability; support enrollment and insurer coordination.
