Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator who will oversee ABA program operations, staff scheduling, and service delivery for children with autism.

This role involves coordinating intake, insurance verification, and collaboration with clinical and recruiting teams to grow the program census. The Program Coordinator will manage documentation, timelines, and weekly client meetings, while aligning with the therapeutic treatment plan and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
• Experience in managing operations and staff in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ABA program operations and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate intake, enrollment, and insurance eligibility.
• Manage relationships with clinical and recruitment teams.
• Maintain service schedules and deadlines for cases.
• Support billing through accurate hours documentation.
