Lucky Strike Entertainment in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep every department running, drive revenue on the floor, and own the shift when the GM is out.

The role leads bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events; you will hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams while managing daily financials with visibility during peak hours. A dynamic, customer‑focused leader is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership in hospitality or high-volume venues.
• Proven ability to drive sales and multi-department performance.
• Experience training department managers.

Responsibilities

• Own center performance across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive sales through hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams.
• Manage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventory.
• Stay visible during peak shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Execute company initiatives and promotions with the GM.
