Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Coordinator / Maintenance Coordinator to join a commercial airline company in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong administrative, maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination skills, plus the ability to manage work orders, purchase card reconciliation, and compliance paperwork under the local manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Center planner position requires a self motivated person with strong computer, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• This person is responsible for serving as a contact for both internal and external customers, maintenance tracking/compliance activities (processing work orders, scheduling of routine maintenance checks, monthly follow-up of open maintenance items, processing/filing/submitting of required compliance paperwork) and assisting with general maintenance program issues.
• Assisting the local manager with purchasing card reconciliation, parts receipt verifications, invoicing, and vendor coordination/follow-up.
