Job summary

Colliers International in Atlanta is seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage client meeting rooms, dispatch work orders, and oversee the preventative maintenance program across multiple client locations in the greater Atlanta area.

You will support procurement, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with contractual policies, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring high levels of service and confidentiality in daily facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property or facility management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with others, interface with decision makers, and maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting-room scheduling and dispatch work orders.
• Greet and direct guests; provide hosting support for meetings.
• Assist with procurement process and vendor coordination to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor and report on facility maintenance work orders and activity.
• Assist with monthly and yearly management reports and facility accounting.
