Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Coordinator / Maintenance Coordinator to join a commercial airline company in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong administrative, maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination skills, plus the ability to manage work orders, purchase card reconciliation, and compliance paperwork under the local manager’s guidance.

Facilities Coordinator / Maintenance Coordinator

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Coordinator / Maintenance Coordinator to join a commercial airline company in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

Pay and Employment

$20.10 - $25.10/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Center planner position requires a self motivated person with strong computer, communication, time management, and organizational skills. This person is responsible for performing various physical, clerical, and administrative support duties.
• In addition to general clerical duties such as typing, emailing, photo copying, scanning, filing and answering phones, this person is responsible for serving as a contact for both internal and external customers, maintenance tracking/compliance activities (processing work orders, scheduling of routine maintenance checks, monthly follow-up of open maintenance items, processing/filing/submitting of required compliance paperwork) and assisting with general maintenance program issues.
• The position also requires assisting the local manager with purchasing card reconciliation, parts receipt verifications, invoicing, and vendor coordination/follow-up.
