CareerSource Central Florida in Ocoee, FL is seeking a full-time Center Manager to oversee integrated services and lead cross-functional teams at the One-Stop Center, ensuring performance outcomes and excellent client experience.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, budget awareness, and collaboration with HR and senior leadership; hybrid work arrangement and commitment to anti-discrimination policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences or related discipline; supplemented by two (2) years’ experience in program contract management.
• Composite education/experience combinations may apply if the criteria are met.
• Must attain Tier 1 certification within the stated timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as champion for organizational values and maintains CSCF's Trust Creeds and core values.
• Manages integrated operations of a center to ensure superior client experience and delivery of employment and training services.
• Communicates performance expectations and customer relationship standards; aims to meet or exceed measurable goals.
• Leads and coaches staff to maximize productivity and handles HR coordination on issues.
• Develops community partnerships and prepares reports to identify trends and mobilize action.
