C2 GPS is seeking a Career Center Supervisor to oversee workforce activities at the career center, ensuring compliance with program requirements and effective use of resources to benefit customers.

The role includes managing daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring timely service delivery in a dynamic office setting.

This position emphasizes data-driven improvements, training for staff, and strong customer service with a focus on collaboration with management and the public.

Qualifications

• Associates or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field required.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Career Center and related workforce programs.
• Inform Manager of customer flow and allocate staff for timely service delivery.
• Analyze performance data to drive process and service improvements.
