Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, social sciences or related discipline with 2 years’ contract management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of workforce experience.
• Associates Degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Must attain Tier 1 certification within the first year and maintain it annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated operations of a Career Center to ensure superior client experience and delivery of employment and training services.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set performance expectations, and coordinate with HR and leadership on staffing issues.
• Prepare reports, analyze trends, and mobilize staff to meet action-oriented goals and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships to strengthen local market presence and service delivery.
