Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Director in Murrieta, CA. The role leads center operations, patient flow, and staff performance to deliver top-tier care and service in a fast-paced medical facility.

The COD will coordinate with clinicians and leadership, manage daily activities, and ensure compliance with state regulations while driving patient satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Prior healthcare or customer service background preferred.
• Strong service mentality and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on patient facilitation, delivering exceptional service.
• Support daily medical model execution with clinicians.
• Collaborate to enhance staff competency in patient care.
• Foster a professional, collaborative work environment.
• Manage key metrics: TAT, NPER, Pearl C4 and more.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations.
• Coordinate scheduling for patients, clinicians, and staff.
• Monitor center status and communicate wait times.
• Prepare material for Center Leadership Team meetings.
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers.
• Support staffing levels with DO/ADO and CLT.
