You will mentor clinicians, manage staffing with DMO/ADO input, and drive market growth while maintaining a patient‑centered culture in a fast‑paced center network.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted license and DEA license required.
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred; candidates trained in area can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a center.
• Lead by example as CMD at location or Market Float.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, and safety.
• Drive patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Mentor future clinical leaders and foster professional environment.
• Collaborate with DMO/DTO to identify improvement opportunities.
