Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center Administrator to establish the foundation for operations, handling cleanliness, supplies, and center needs while delivering professional customer service.

The role supports the Operations Director, maintains records for compliance, and ensures a safe, organized environment for therapy services. Prior customer service experience is preferred to effectively engage clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets/iPads.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center when needed and greet clients and visitors.
• Maintain center cleanliness, safety, and inventory with staff.
• Ensure documentation is completed in Centria procedures and reported as required.
• Support Operations Director and communicate with families and Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal mandates.
