Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking an Operations Manager in Moorestown, NJ, to support the center’s day-to-day operations and staff management. This temporary role focuses on coordinating scheduling, HR collaboration, and service delivery across departments.

You will liaise between administrative and clinical teams, ensure accurate records, and help manage the master schedule to align staffing with insurer-approved hours. Knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 5 years of management experience in a professional environment.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5 to 7 years experience managing and developing staff preferred.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Recruitment, training and staff development.
• Manage customer service, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain master schedule and insurer-approved staffing levels.
• Coordinate HR, operations, and clinical departments as liaison.
