The UPS Store 7171 is looking for a Center Manager in Teaneck Township, NJ to oversee the daily operations. As Center Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer service, manage productivity, and report to the franchise owner about the center's performance.

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework, retail management experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, as well as the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store operations experience required.
• Strong supervisory/managerial skills necessary.
• P&L experience preferred.
