Job summary

Exer Urgent Care is seeking a Center Manager I to supervise daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will drive service excellence, staff development, and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, budget oversight, and collaboration with regional teams to ensure efficient center performance and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years successful leadership experience interacting with staff, preferably in healthcare and/or retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Comfortable using EMR, office software, and basic tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned clinic; may assist another clinic temporarily.
• Interview, hire, train and mentor teammates; manage monthly clinic schedule.
• Approve daily punches in payroll; address attendance issues and overtime.
• Ensure staff are properly staffed; collaborate with other managers as needed.
• Lead staff meetings and daily huddles; enforce company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with regional/corporate teams; manage budget and cost control.
• Uphold HIPAA, safety, and compliance; maintain high service quality.
• Foster external relationships and promote clinic programs in the community.
