Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Program Coordinator to support center operations and service delivery.

You will help manage day-to-day staff, scheduling, recruitment, customer service, and reporting, and keep accurate records for each case in collaboration with HR, Operations, and Clinical teams. The role serves as the liaison between administrative and clinical staff, assigns cases, tracks staff availability, and ensures staffing aligns with insurer-approved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in operations management and staff scheduling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support center operations including day-to-day staff and services management, scheduling, recruitment, customer service, reporting and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records for staffing and service delivery for each case with insurer hours.
• Act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff and manage case assignments and staff availability.
