Job summary

BlueSprig in Florida is seeking a Center Ops Supervisor to support daily operations under the Director of Clinical Operations. Responsibilities include schedule maintenance, Central Reach upkeep, authorization management, facility oversight, and hiring support.

The COS will supervise staff, assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintain compliance, data entry, HR tasks, and coordinate vendor visits, training, and events to ensure smooth center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years related operational support experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPR and first aid Certification.
• Reliable transportation for travel as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception: greet families and team members, answer calls, receive mail.
• Maintain building access control and guardian verification.
• Reschedule services and communicate schedule changes and staff callouts.
• Support intake scheduling and family portal setup.
• Keep CentralReach data updated and accurate.
• Payroll support: timekeeping compliance and related tasks.
• Foster positive culture; welcome new hires and plan events.
• Center upkeep: supplies, safety drills, audits, and facility leadership.
• Coordinate vendor visits with facilities team.
• Document and report events as directed by leadership.
• Confidential document management for client and staff records.
• Provide basic HR onboarding/offboarding and timekeeping support.
• Support coaching/corrective action documentation.
• Assist with certifications, applications, and exams; manage payments.
• Support marketing efforts and center events.
