Job summary

Washington University in St.Louis is seeking a Project/Program Coordinator to lead the administrative and operational support for the Vice Chair of Imaging Sciences and AI Research and the Center for Computational and AI-enabled Imaging Sciences (C2AIS).

The role oversees center operations, strategic planning, program development, faculty coordination, executive communications, events, and research program administration, with supervisory responsibilities as the center grows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Work Experience: Relevant Experience (3 Years)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations for C2AIS.
• Serve as primary administrative point of contact for center activities, communications and logistics.
• Support implementation of the Center’s strategic priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate meetings for Center leadership, affiliated faculty, advisory groups, and working groups.
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across Center initiatives.
• Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and SOPs for Center functions.
• Coordinate activities across departments and institutional partners.
• Provide supervisory oversight to Center administrators as the program grows.
• Support budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and other financial activities.
