Job summary

CSL’s Florida plasma center is seeking a Center Supervisor who will report to the Center Manager and assume full responsibility for center operations in their absence. You will ensure regulatory and SOP compliance, oversee production, quality, HR and IT activities, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will lead data collection and analysis to improve quality, profitability, and donor safety, collaborate on corrective actions with QA, and support HR processes and center marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to comply with SOPs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to improve center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with center manager to meet regulatory and customer requirements for donor safety.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address audit findings.
• Ensure OSHA training, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Recruit, train, counsel, and administer termination following HR policies.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts.
• Travel overnight up to 10%.
