Job summary

U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Whitehall, PA to lead daily center operations when the GM is absent. You will guide the team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure efficient use of time and resources.

You will participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University and contribute to a culture of service and safety while supporting the center's growth and profit goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager's absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate tasks.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
