U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager to take on day-to-day center operations, stepping in for the General Manager as needed. You will lead a team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive efficient service delivery.

You’ll gain hands-on experience through ongoing U-Haul education and training, with opportunities for advancement. A strong work ethic and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Manage and assign your team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
