Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related clinic/hospital experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Improve patient experience by applying best practices and addressing feedback.
• Optimize slot utilization and patient access.
• Ensure slot quality, balancing availability with patient needs.
• Maintain team accessibility and reduce wait times.
• Monitor disenrollment and improve continuity of care.
• Identify orphan patients and coordinate care.
• Cultivate center culture and boost staff engagement.
• Plan workforce to meet demand and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee onboarding of line staff and support integration.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
