Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Crestview, FL, is seeking a Center Operations Director (Non-clinical leadership) to oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth, and partner with senior clinical leaders to elevate service quality.

You will manage administrative teams, optimize billing and authorizations, expand referrals, and ensure families have a smooth onboarding while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families.
• 2–4 years of direct people management experience at a Manager or Director level.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of the center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility.
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ ABA services by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referral sources.
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of staff and clinical leaders.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for families by engaging in regular family meetings and building parents’ confidence in the clinical team.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Oversee billing and authorizations to secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services.
• Motivate staff to improve performance through evaluations, goals, and progress monitoring.
