Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) required
• Minimum 2 years of management experience overseeing the activities of others

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations production goals, monitor net yields, and implement improvement plans.
• Monitor donor retention, ensure efficient donor flow, and implement retention improvement and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage financial oversight including setting annual budget, monthly targets, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee center quality compliance to ensure inspection readiness and alignment with QA requirements.
• Participate in audits with quality personnel to develop corrective action plans for deficiencies.
• Follow OSHA procedures and ensure center employees comply with training and regulations.
• Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination; manage employee turnover and HR policies.
• Overnight travel required up to 10% of the time.
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the organization’s discretion.
