Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will liaise with corporate, lead a broad team, manage budgets, and promote a high-quality donor experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in management, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, and strong English communication. This onsite role requires adherence to safety and quality standards and collaboration with local partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience over teams or departments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience (4+ years).
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and achieve production goals and donor flow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead financial activities including budgeting, budgeting goals, and cash handling accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce waste and variability.
• Lead HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, and staffing decisions.
