Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Center Director to orchestrate daily center operations, including personnel management, donor flow, and critical resource coordination.

You will ensure adherence to FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP, lead CAPAs, and host audits by regulators and customers. You will drive safety, asset management, inventory integrity, payroll, and center KPIs while mentoring staff, managing training, and aligning staffing with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Three (3) years of people management, including recruiting and training.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, managing personnel, product oversight, donor flow, and essential resources.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) and keep certifications current.
• Lead CAPA to address issues and host audits by regulators and customers.
• Enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental policies; maintain a safe, clean facility.
• Manage donor center functions, inform leadership of irregularities, and mitigate unsafe conditions.
• Oversee inventory and storage; coordinate with corporate/vendors for shipments and procurement.
• Optimize production while controlling costs, inventory, and purchase orders.
• Conduct performance evaluations, development plans, and personnel decisions.
• Uphold HR policies, assist investigations, and mentor staff to embody company values.
• Direct training, onboarding, retraining, and leadership development; ensure timely delivery.
• Track training data and certifications; collaborate on deviations, audits, and CAPAs.
• Cultivate donor relationships to drive retention and growth; oversee payroll and operational KPIs.
• Lead center marketing and advertising initiatives with corporate teams.
