Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of workforce development operations and development preferred.
• Strong customer service and performance management skills; training/coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Workforce Solutions Center.
• Manage the Center's budget and report on expenditures.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure service delivery workflows and staffing needs are met.
