Job summary

Career Team LLC, a leading workforce development organization, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations of the Workforce Solutions Center. You will manage center budgets, support staff growth and development, maintain program quality, and strengthen partnerships within the community.

This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and involves coordinating service delivery, tracking outcomes, and ensuring high-quality customer service while engaging industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or community organization or development or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce development programs and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all employment and training initiatives within the Workforce Solutions Center.
• Ensure facilities, staff and clients have access to essential tools, materials, accessibility and safety procedures.
• Oversee purchasing processes and track center operating expenses.
• Maintain inventory records and complete required reporting.
• Identify community partnerships and maintain partner relationships.
• Coordinate cross-training opportunities and evaluate staff performance.
