Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer-service management experience.
• Proven leadership: hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating a team.
• Strong sales orientation and comfort meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and open/close procedures.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach retail associates.
• Drive sales, meet revenue and profit targets, identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage shipping services (UPS, freight, international) and packing standards.
• Oversee print, mailbox rentals, notary, and fingerprinting where offered.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory, place supply orders, and control costs.
• Monitor store metrics and P&L; report results to owner.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach to grow the customer base.
