Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Center Manager to lead one plasma donation center, ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, and superior donor experience.

You will drive center performance, manage staff, and collaborate with marketing to grow the donor base while maintaining strict safety standards and accurate records. This role requires leadership and a track record of performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a plasma/blood collection center or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of plasma operations, regulatory requirements (FDA, CLIA, cGMP) preferred.
• Experience in managing profit & loss and operational performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to travel up to 15%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/records systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations including quality, compliance, staffing, donor experience, and financial performance.
• Meet or exceed targets for collection volumes, cost efficiency, inventory, donor retention, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate center staff; develop career plans.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to meet performance standards and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation: personnel records, donor data, regulatory reports.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and respond to alarms or quality risks.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage, replenishment, and use.
