Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Center Manager to lead one of our plasma donation centers in Colorado. You will drive center performance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive donor and staff experience to support life-saving therapies.

Responsibilities include managing operations, staffing, budgeting, and donor relations while partnering with marketing and corporate teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of management in a regulated setting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, cGMP preferred.
• Experience in plasma/blood operations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily center operations including quality, compliance, staffing, donor experience, and financial performance.
• Achieve targets for collection volumes, cost efficiency, inventory, donor retention, and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, cGMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure coverage and minimal donor wait times.
• Maintain accurate documentation including personnel records and regulatory reports.
