European Wax Center, a leader in the beauty lifestyle franchise, is seeking a Center Manager in Houston to drive guest experiences and financial results. You will lead Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, coach staff, and partner with District and Regional leaders to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes front desk sales, team development, and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in a multi-service or specialty store.
• Management or leadership experience in a professional setting required.
• Willing to learn business side of Revealing Beautiful Skin and KPI usage.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Drive front desk sales through authentic guest communication.
• Recruit, coach and develop talent while managing retention.
• Analyze business reports and develop SMART action plans with leadership.
• Ensure center compliance with brand standards, safety, and state requirements.
