Job summary

European Wax Center in Argyle, TX seeks a Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will build and guide a team of guest service associates and Wax specialists while fostering a positive, performance-driven environment.

You will solve challenges, implement ideas, train staff, and ensure brand standards, with bonus opportunities and growth prospects. This is a full-time, on-site role at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a specialty store or multi-service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and positive leadership.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to operations.
• Reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop a team aligned with our brand and service goals.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to achieve sales and guest-experience targets.
• Communicate goals, contests and expectations to all staff clearly.
• Lead by example in guest service and team interactions.
• Submit payroll and store activity reports; maintain brand standards.
• Manage scheduling to hit business goals and minimize loss.
