Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Center Manager for our European Wax Center location in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales performance while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The role requires leadership experience in retail/salon operations, a sales-driven attitude, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key.
• Knowledge of business operations and key performance indicators.
• Places the guest first and coaches associates to connect with guests.
