Job summary

European Wax Center in Rockford, IL seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

You will handle scheduling, inventory, payroll, and ensure health and safety standards while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
