European Wax Center in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, manage staff scheduling, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail/spa leadership, a strong sales background, and proven ability to motivate direct reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI's and speak to financial acumen.
