Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and brand standards compliance.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Develop KPI understanding and communicate financial acumen.
