Job summary

European Wax Center in New Lenox, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, health and safety, and coaching. This in-person role requires a retail/beauty leadership background and a passion for guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management or spa/hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background and customer service focus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and drive results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
